In the age where decentralisation is overtaking the media, it's difficult to match jobs with qualified personels. Governments are doing their best yet hands on jobs such as craftsmanship seems difficult to today's youth.
 To harness that opportunity to assist todays youth who spend more hours on the net via their phones for nothing, chit chatting, Reducing  their total dormant attitude towards the available jobs adding up to the dependency burden of society motivated the creation of this project. 
The CEO of Janco Associates, Inc., Mr. M. Victor Janulaitis noted ''Many Blockchain and ERP positions remain unfilled and some organizations are seeing an increase in attrition rates for those positions as other continue to pirate away their best employees."  The Blockchain Jobs are either tech or Non-tech positions that the youth of today with certain skills and vigorous training along with certification, can qualify for. The need to bring to light such opportunities is here by the help of a blockchain startup and it's Financier project.
The Financier project is named FeeFund (FFT), and is a project  to fund a media informant, a decentralised blockchain idea dedicated to connecting blockchain jobs with the youth. Motivating them to acquire certificates in Blockchain Field and Work in the Sector.
The FeeFund token (FFT)  is meant to raise funds to develop an interactive based Media that will educate today's youth as well as connect them to startup blockchain projects, and established companies that need their strengths, skill, knowledge and attention.
