Ape Colony is a series based on an alternate reality where a nuclear war between Russia and NATO destroys the world after a mission to the planet Mars is launched.

The Mars mission includes Apes and machinery designed to create a livable environment for humans on the planet Mars and Apes for testing along with massive amounts of supplies and machinery for the human mission that’s never launched due to the war on earth.

Once Earth is repopulated and living conditions due to the previous war are unsustainable the new world government decides on sending another mission to Mars this time with advanced technology and human settlers only to discover the planet is already inhabited by another species and they don’t want to share.

Season two and three will focus on the conflict widening to include an invasion of earth and the defense of the home planet by mankind.
