The Estia token (EST) is a utility token. It is based on the Polygon blockchain and aims to facilitate retail transactions via the efficient integration with the Estia Payments crypto payments gateway. The two systems are not related anyhow by virtue of ownership. In that sense, Estia token (EST) is not an asset or security token. Estia has a variable value versus fiat currency and on this basis is not a stable token. On the contrary, it is designed to be of deflationary nature, thus aimed at increasing its value, whilst having a fixed circulation.

The benefit for the user to use the Estia token (EST), instead of any other crypto currency coin or token to make purchases via retailers operating the Estia platform is a 10% airdrop of Estia token (EST) of the fiat value of any purchase made. For example, if someone buys 100Euro worth of goods via the Estia token (EST), then the purchaser will immediately get 10Euro value of Estia token (EST) as an immediate airdrop to the wallet that he used for the purchase.
